Processing Time & Potential Delays Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. However, please note the following exceptions:

Conventions & Events: During major conventions where we participate (such as ICNA, ISNA, or similar events), order processing may be delayed by up to 1 week.

Holidays & Peak Seasons: During Eid, Ramadan, or National Holidays, shipments may experience slight delays due to high volume.
If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We mostly use UPS as our primary carrier to ensure reliable delivery across the USA.

After placing your order and selecting "Pick up" at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready usually within 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection.
